Posted May 24, 200916 yr HEy guys, I recently sent my sub in for repair. It has been two weeks since they got it and I still havent heard from them. Ive emailed them twice with no luck. This is getting quite irritating because I can never get ahold of them unless Ive purchased something. lol Any phone numbers? any help appreciated, Thanks.

May 29, 200916 yr This is going to sound very stupid but how do i go about sending my Q back in for repair... its been messed up for like a year now n it hasnt got fixed cuz i dont really get how to send it back... i have the shippin box i got it in but do i send like a check or money order in the box with it or do i just ship it there and wait till its fixed the pay then or what...thanks ps im sorry for being a meathead
