Posted June 2, 200916 yr Guys, I send my T3 Tss 15 in to T3 audio for repair it's a long story but now they will not talk to me, hell they or he said send it in, now I email an but no answer.So now I need a new subwoofer but I'm only going to buy from a company with good customer service. So who has been good to you guys?

June 4, 200916 yr Admin Are you serious? I knew they were off their rocker, but are they seriously not replying to a customer who needs repair and they have your driver? Again, another poor company that does not know how to treat their customers, they could careless once they have the money. It only makes it more and more difficult for the companies that do try hard and don't make false promises.
June 4, 200916 yr SI, SSA, Mach 5, RE (LONG time ago), ID, JL, MTX, RF, CV, JBL, I could go on. I'm too old and have played with far too many drivers.
June 8, 200916 yr I bought my Icon from SSA, and was very satisfied with my purchase. They took good care of me, and sent my sub only one or two days after they received my payment !All my questions were answered so quickly! I was very confident with them. Look at their feedbacks from customersThey offered different shipping methods : I choose the cheapest, but had to wait 3 to 4 weeks as I don't live in the USA !!!
