Boss amps are very overrated, but with that said. If your are on a strict budget I have experience with the Chaos Xtreme amps. Get the cx3500D. I ran it at 1 ohm with two 500rms 1000watt peak 15" subs and it had way too much output for the pair. They are fused with 4 30 amp fuses, so a total of 120. Ive found the 3500D for $158. The amp is also strappable so in the future you can add another amp when you have the cash. At 1ohm the amp will do around 1400 rms on stock electrical. I KNOW it overpushed my two 500 rms subs. But please dont get anything less! For your budget the CX3500D will be a very good match. Anything less would be uncivilized! LOL!

wow i checked that amp u recommended and that thing is alot more powerful than the other,,,only about 20 bucks more =)....ill probably end up getting the one u gave me thnx for that!!

personally i wouldn't associate any vehicle of mine or a friends with boss product.

understandably you're on a budget as are most people these days, just save a lil bit from the next couple checks and evenly match your subwoofer in quality at the least. there's plenty of DAMN good sales going on here and other car audio forums. look around, do some research, ask more questions, and save a couple bucks before setting your mind on a low budget amplifier.
