what type of speakers are you running but if you hook all of the leads in parallel you will get a 1.34ohm load are these subs or speakers i would be the same load.

Are you sure they have three voice coils? I've never seen a sub with three. It's either 1, 2, or 4.

I've seen some with three leads... but the third is for the dustcap light....

never seen a 3 VC subwoofer....

thanks for reply guys, those subs is rated at 210rms (overrated) (subs from creative s750) i have 2 of them, and yup they have 3 voice coils, so i would like build cutom box for them, and hook on home theater receiver, if this is posible :bigclap:

3 VC's? In 20 years in audio, never heard of that.

do these subs have a name?

Anyways, if you wire the coils in each sub in series then parallel the two subs, that's 12 ohms. If you wire all coils in parallel on each sub then series the subs, that's 5.3 ohms. All in parallel = 1.3 ohms.

They might handle more power then that depending what box you put them in. The whole sub unit itself is driven by a 210 watt amplifer.

Does it have a power rating on the back of the mag?
