tuning i would guess around 35hz would be good for me for little jon... and still leave me room for metal and what not.... box size is where im realy unsure... AA recommends 6 cu ft Net each but a friend of mine says im better off with 5 cu ft each net... so help please power will be a sundown 1500 for now

No, use their recommended size.

12cuft net would be good for them. Or if you could fit bigger id go 13.5cuft. either plan @ 35Hz

i released a designed a box perfect for them ...already have all the cuts drawn out... buts its tuned lower.. 33-32hz.... around 11.8-12 cu net... 191.25 sq of port... double layer of mdf all the way around.... double baffle and flush mounting
