I am thinking about buying my new Pioneer Premier DEH-800PRS and iPod adapter from www.wooferetc.com Total would be $475 shipped.

I was wondering if anyone has been screwed over by them? And if so, how and what happened?

If I don't buy it from there for $399, I would buy it from a local store for $479...... I would rather buy from wooferetc.com, as long as it's a legit site.

They claim to be BBB, and a AAA rated site.

ive bought from them 3 times all with great fast results. i had an amp blow and i called them and told them it did, and even though it was out of warranty they still sent me a brand new one. they seemed very good to me. they are in Los Angeles, Ca which is close to me so that may be why it was so quick, idk. but ill bump for them :fing34:

I am pretty set on buying it from them.

I am getting a much better deal then buying from the shop here!!! If I bought from them I would only get the radio for $521.... after taxes. Buying from woofersetc, I am getting the radio, iPod adapter, and shipping for less then $500.

I bought an amp from them, no problems.

Welp, after talking with a friend of mine who runs a local shop around here. My plans have changed.

I am now buying a Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X993 and a Rockford-Fosgate 360.1 for less then I was going to pay for the Pioneer and adapter.

It should give a great sound, and when I'm ready for the 360.2 I can upgrade easily.
