Im going to put a 10" bl under my rear seats and need to know if it will fit. My box is going to measure 7.5" in height and the bottom of the seat is 9.5" tall. Is 2" enough room for the excursion of the bl? If not should i use 5/8" MDF or 1/2" MDF

Should be fine, double check and make sure all of your measurements are correct. We've had people in the past rub their subs out because of stuffing them under the rear seat.

Also you do know you have to port the BL series right?

yeah i have about 2.2 cuft to work with so i think ill be just fine
