I bought 2 IDMAX 10" D4's CHEAP, was putting one in the wifes car and selling other but she wants to wait on her stereo. So I am putting both in my expedition. I have never had any ID subs and these are only ones I have heard. I listen to mostly Rock, metal, some country. I have read to do sealed mostly and some say ported. I was either going to run a sundown 1000 or alpine pdx 1000. Any suggestions on these? thanks

Are you asking which amp? If that is the question, go with sundown. :)

i know sundown is what everyone will pick here, i agree. I just sold both my sundown saz-1500d's. I thought about the alpine because i already have an alpine 4 channel. I was wondering if 500 watts each is enough for these to sound decent. Im not looking for super loud, thats why I got rid of my BL 18s

With the Sundown you are getting more watts per dollar, especially during this sale. ;)
