I plan on building the enclosure per Fi's specs of 1.5 ft @33hz. Yes excellent choice , i did that for my 2 18 fi btl's and i dont regret it ,and the sound is amazing..

Well you'll still have to calculate the aero port's displacement and add that to the gross size of the box.

Yes. I did account for all displacement. Once I found the precision port site I was able to calculate the port length and dia. to tune the enclosure. I was also able to get Fi to confirm my calculations before I started building . I'm almost done with the enclosure, but it will probably be a few more weeks before I install it. I also decided on running a 880w amp to get the most from the sub.
