Posted May 9, 200520 yr WOOOOOTTTT!!!!!My fiberglass door pods (original thread http://www.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=94516) are near finished...made a lot of progress this weekend...They turned out pretty good, they're NOT perfect, these are my first...and they're going into my "piece of chit" truck that I'm driving till it dies...and getting a new one With that being said...here they are! (I used truck bedliner to coat them, they are awaiting a finish coat tomorrow after initial 2 layers cure...)(All clickable thumbnails)WOW...look..it's "JL's" new door pods... (Still awaiting finish coat)Junk layin around And no...that's not my writing...came with it on there Later...NG

They make me louder...DUH...oh whoops, gave away my secret The one on the right still needs to be top coated...notice the small glossy accumulation on it...it'll turn out just like the finished one on the left. May 10, 200520 yr How do you go about mounting them on the doors? you should take pics of that too (maybe shoot me a pm if you do) For me its the simple things, like getting in the doors that would screw me up the most. Those look amazing though!

Then, I'm contemplating velcro for the "fin" type part. peaceNG
