Posted August 16, 200916 yr I was looking to see what some opinions of each of these, or the goods and bads of both, i will be running a audiioque 2200d amp, in a 2 or 2.5 cube box, in a daily setup so which would be a better sub? And does fi have any kind of warranty at all?

They are both great drivers, But the BTL's are more for spl that can be used daily and the Xcon's are a great sq drivers that can get really loud if you want it to lol. With that much power I would go with the btl's

August 17, 200916 yr It depends on ur install. I would say it can do a lil of both with the right enclosure and enough power. What kind of sub are you looking for?
August 17, 200916 yr I dont think 2 cubes is enough for a BTL. Might want to go with the Xcon. Both are great woofers just have different purposes
August 17, 200916 yr a mono ported box about 3.5-4 cubes(installed in bed with cutout going to cab) going to go with 2 12" FI SSD's and a Rockford T1500-1bd
