Have a show coming up next week and at the moment I have a DE3000 powering two BL 18's fully loaded.

I was wondering as I have another DE3000 lying around would the BL's be ok with taking 3.5k each for just a day (providing everything is set up correctly and I don't play them like a A hole) ???

BTL's are coming soon but was just curious if I should do this or not.

Definitly nottttttt, haha thats way too much power for just one BL, I think you should just keep it the way it is with just one DE3000 on both..

if it's for daily use i wouldnt suggest it.

If it's for comp, single note playback for a couple seconds at a time ONLY.

Nothing is guaranteed but a friend of mine's 2 SSDs are being ran off of a 3000w amp right now without problems for daily so it's what u know and how u operate your equipment.

Are you sure you will even increase power going with two? If the impedance to your one amp is optimized with the two subs, it won't be when you do one amp per sub.
