June 3, 200520 yr Author Thanks everyone. I am VERY happy with this setup so far, and I haven't even began to play around with it.UPDATE: I got my Knukonceptz RCAs, and installation gear from HiFiSoundConnection.

June 20, 200520 yr Author Built new trunk floor as well. (the bottom is only half, a plexi cover will be built over top of the amps.Installed sub enclosure, wired and installed amplifiers and processor...wired power antenna, and relay, etc...This view is the front of the trunk, without the rear seats installed, looking backwards... the wiring actally ended up being placed on the opposite sideA couple shots at night that didnt turn out all the well, but you get the basic idea....Have to get a shot of the DEX-P9 in action..

June 21, 200520 yr Author YOu must have one large SD card on your camera! I'm liking what I see so far.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>32MB and a 512MB Olympus xD card to be exact.... I just wanted to mention that the Iraggi alt has been keeping things running very nicely, NOTHING in the car dims at all. I still have to upgrade the alternator to positive battery, and chassis ground, so I should gain even a bit more output after that.
June 23, 200520 yr Author OKey doorpods are installed, not done, but dang it they are installed. Imaging is awesome. The soundstage is high, and every single detail is heard....after some general EQ-ing and setting up the time alignment, its really pretty breathtaking, I am very very impressed.Enjoy these pics...
June 23, 200520 yr 2 questions:1. Are the tweets mounted in a pod or are you making something for them?2. Have you listened to the subs yet? I had a similar application in an old T-bird with them firing up through the rear deck like that and had MAJOR cancellation issues. It sucked cuz I designed the box to fit like that and had to make a different one for rear firing.
June 23, 200520 yr very nice man..one question though...all that money in amps and equipment and no fuses?
June 24, 200520 yr looking really good there isaac! so how u like the subs?wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
June 24, 200520 yr nice clearance on the subs i too have cancellation firing up, but every car is different.is all the mdf just gonna be carpetted?

They are going to stay like that. I personally dislike flush mounted tweeters, since its so tough to get imaging spot-on. Mounted the way they are right now, it is very easy to change the horizontal angle for the best imaging position for either passenger, or driver. Pretty handy if you ask me.2. I may change it to rear firing later... For right now, it sounds fine, I was going to make it rear firing, but I didnt have enough clearance , which means I will have to build another box. No biggie, just don't have the time or money to do so right now..
