5 sets of speakers for $156 shipped, can't beat that with a stick the size of Texas. Going to be a fun next couple of days testing those puppies out :poop:

Just got done installing the 6.5" components. If you are looking for midbass, build an enclosure. They do not fare well IB in the door. The tweets also seem very timid. This could be due to the off-axis mount, but they are angled well. Who knows. I have 30 watts going to each side and I am able to bottom out the mid with some volume. Can't complain for $15 though.

Nope :)

I'm going to install one pair in my car here this weekend since I'm taking the horns out for a while so I can work on "properly" installing them, and this way I'll still have decent sound while the horns are out. But as soon as the horns are back in, they'll be coming back out.

Bought them mainly for the wifey's van, and then a few spares to sit around incase anything blows (since they are so cheap :D ). And I've always been interested in shallow mount designs (no idea why, just always intrigued me), so I wanted to see how these Next shallow mounts performed.

Hmm. I may have to pick up some NEXT stuff in a few weeks. (cheap insurance)
