Use 50 Hz.

May I please know whats the difference?

Technically, 10 Hz :)

If you used 60 Hz. you would end up setting the gain too high.

Haha, I think the technical part is pretty easy to get at first sight :P

Ok then, will look for that user with the free sines again and download his rar package to get the 50Hz.
