November 22, 200915 yr If you own an 06 Envoy, why would you put money in deadening and fabrication for the door, if you are thinking of changing to an 07 like your sig states? Edited November 22, 200915 yr by bigrank916

November 25, 200915 yr Go to madisound.com or parts-express.com to find some tweeters that are in your budget and that can be crossed where you want them to. Come back with a list and we will be able to help you check the ones off that wont work and find one that fits your preference.
November 25, 200915 yr I've heard great things about the mli65's, can cross them over down to ~54hz (from denim).6 3/4 is slightly larger than 6.5, so you definitely won't have to cut anything, they should drop in just fine.

November 25, 200915 yr Just cross your sub at either 60 or 80Hz or in between depends on your preference. Then where you sub drops off at that is where you want to cross your midbass, just my 02.
November 27, 200915 yr Let me know what you do bro. I might look into getting those speakers. They look solid as a midbass in the fronts.I am interested to see what tweeters you find that will work with it. Then run your front active on your amp. Now that is advanced stuff. I am old fashioned and just use the passive crossovers LOL but I hear great things about doing active on a 4 channel amp. And just running the rears off of the rear deck power. I will be watching to see what you decide and then if the sound you get is amazing.
November 28, 200915 yr There is no fast and ready rule for where to crossover. I start tuning with the mids, then bring the tweeters in. Finally I try different crossover frequencies and slopes that blend the sub well with the front stage.
