No matter the voice coil rating the rms will be the same on any subwoofer you buy out there. The rms is 1500, since you have to ask stick with 1500rms and you wont damage anything.

for 2 12"inch nightshades would u suggest a 3500d or the new 4500d? and what voice coil would u get. the 2-ohm or the 1-ohm?

For two nightshades, get the dual 1 ohm. A SAZ3500D would be plenty for those two.
