I didnt do mines because my car's factory wire was 4 gauge and my battery is in the trunk, when I get an HO Alternator then I will upgrade the wire.

December 26, 200915 yr BMW's, Saturns, Mercedes, Lambo's, some Chryslers and so on. Some even have the factory battery in the rear tire wheel or under a seat in the car, not all models neither just certain ones.
December 27, 200915 yr I know Dodge Chargers do, and I believe my friend's Volvo S60 has his battery in the rear of the car. It actually makes it a bit more convenient, IMO, to change the battery. And definitely cleaner for the people who hate getting dirt and crud from the engine on their hands.

December 27, 200915 yr I love it as far as systems go, since I dont have to run a wire from the front of the car to the back.
