hey i dont mean to nag but could you give me a lil info about designing one of these from the ground up. im just super interested in this particular design and this the is the only time i've seen pics of the construction of one.

We went into it pretty blind as well because neither of us had any extensive experience designing bandpass enclosures. Although this is a "sealed tunnel" about 2cuft per driver at some point any build of this size will get turned into a bandpass when the cabin and tunnel get included in the numbers. I went into it knowing the sealed chambers were pretty large and wanted the lower extension because of it. If I were to build it again- or have any suggestions for somebody considering building one- I would say talk to a bandpass guru and have him look at the numbers. We lucked out in getting the response we were looking for but I can foresee it easily not going the way you plan it to.
