I am gonna be running 2 sets of kicker ks 6.5 component sets,i believe they are 100 watts rms.i am looking for a decent amp to run them,my budget is up to about 200$.any suggestions?

Im using the Eclipse Ea4200 which is rated at 60watts rms by 4channels my speakers in the front are Kicker Ks 602(75rms) Components and the Rear are Kicker Ks502(65rms) Components and sounds very clear. Since i brought that amp in March i got if for just under 200 now its going for just over 100 new on ebay

would my highs be able to keep up with my setup?is 2 ssa icon 12's on a audioque 1200 so 1200 watts rms.

thats a good question the bass would most likely drown out your highs but it depends on your eq settings I know when i have my 15inch kicker cvx it drowns out the words but with this Re Audio Sx 10 i have it doesnt but its all on the system settings.

a bigger amp meaning closer the speaker's rated rms would help, Now I could be wrong but the eq on your amp for your sub making sure the bass boost is off and the same goes for the settings on the Head unit thats how i managed to not have my sub drown out the highs and it also depends on the songs themselves, but like i said i could be wrong.

To get louder don't cram a bunch of coax and components in your vehicle, get one GOOD set of components and mount them correctly, my front stage is louder than my bass. Check my signature.
