February 7, 201015 yr Morning noon and evening there's always elk in the meadows. Hey bigrank did you go to the wall of ferns, south of the park and right of the beach?
February 7, 201015 yr Author Hey bigrank did you go to the wall of ferns, south of the park and right of the beach? No, we didnt have too much time to sight see. We were only there for about a day and half and needed much more time to see what Oregon has to offer. A lot of my pictures were out the window of the car, driving down the highways!I do remember seeing the elk though. That was nutz! They hang out right next to the road when you drive by. We turned around thinking it wasnt real. Stared at em for about a minute till I seen them blink. OH shit, they are real! Of course my camera was dead and Im right next to an 800lb monster thats not moving! Perfect moment blown!
