The knee cap and sternum are in my top five. I tattooed a Guys head three weeks in a row now all Bio-mech, and he is in SERIOUS PAIN when whe're done.

there are so many places, i would hate to make a suggestion.

my advice, look real close at their portfolio!

shop around, alot.

if you and the artist kick it right off the bat, good, if you get a bad vibe, move on.

i am planning on sleeving up both arms this year, so color will streak through the ones i currently have.

the leg looks better like not right up on it, with no color.

except the skull eye.

Black and gray can be done to look really good. Just need True black to give depth.

You get what you pay for. But with that said theres alot of good artists out there, just do your homework. Ask people who did their tatts if you see ones you like. this industry is alot of "word of mouth".
