soundstream 1002 good amp?

i know old school sound streams are good amps. i have a mint sa-164 already and it suprises me how much power it puts out. and the rubicon 1002 is supposed to put out 1000w rms. thats just what i need so is $150 for this amp an ok deal that will guarantee me 1000w rms?

    I wouldn't have a problem paying that for one. They will do power if you provide them power. One caveat though there is two versions of the amp that can be confused with one another, one is the 1002 and the other 1000-2. There is nothing wrong with either of them but IIRC the 1002 is pre buyout and the 1000-2 is post buyout.
