    If 4 ohm you mean dual 4 ohm then yes you can run them for a final 1 ohm load.

    2 Single 4 ohm voice coils wired in parallel will yield a 2 ohm mono load.

    2 Dual 4 ohm voice coils wired in parallel will yield a 1 ohm mono load.

    Depends on if "4ohm" means 4ohm per coil. The L7's were sold in both dual 4ohm and dual 2ohm.
