I just got an ASI equalizer for 25$ from my friend. Is it a good processing unit? Anyone know any info about this company?

Its the ASIPE 1 7 band equalizer.Here

    Never heard of the company before, if it is needed in your install then it is a good processing unit but if not then it is a waste.

    It's not necessarily needed in my install. I was just wondering how it was. I have sundown amps and use passive crossovers. So I don't really need it. I'll end up probably reselling it.
