Right now I have 2 rockford p3's with a rockford punch 1000D. I wanted to sell those and get a 15'' FI BTL, does that seem like a good idea?? and would that 1000D watt amp be enough power for the 15? thanks

well all i really want is something new, i really dont compete but i like it to look and sound good. budget is a touchy subject...my personal budget would be watever it cost but my girlfriend thinks all this is stupid so her projected budget is zero, so really as cheap as possible would be nice. maybe around a thousand if even possible. i would still like to get an idea though on how much a 15'' fi btl would run me w/ the whole setup minus the headunit. i doubt it but would my 1000w amp power a 15?

It should power it but it won't be on full power. it will bump hard even if it's on 1000 watts
