I have a Hifonics Brutus 1200 watt mono and a 15" FI BL sub.

Any advise on how to get the loudest but still the best quality out of it?

it's Level 9v - 0.2v , Phase 0 - 180 , Bass EQ (keeping it down) , Sub Sonic 15 - 35 Hz , Low Pass 35 - 250 Hz.
