hey whats up guys just got my box built from this guy that has built them for me before and never had a problem but this one just looks not right so i need help from you guys....the deminsions are....width is 48" height is 22" depth is 31.50 port hole is 3.75 x 22 port length is 27.75 and it is supposed to be tuned at 32hrtz...does this sound right or do i need to have him redo it thanks if i forgot something let me know thanks again

Box is tuned much lower than 32, more like 21.

sorry i have 2 18" fully loaded btl's and i will be running 2 us amps md-3d 2000 rms @ 1ohm i will have all the upgrades for the wiring and alts batteries but just needed to know about the box for now as much help as i can get before i start the install would be helpfull

Volume looks ok.

Looks to be tuned too low and prolly wont get as loud as someone with 18" BTL's would like.

Create a imageshack or photobucket account and unload it there. copy the direct link and paste it into the post using the insert image icon on the post toolbar.

so could he redo the port or would i have to get another box built

sorry i didnt say that there were two subs and two ports but after you seen it everything with the spec look good it adds up to the right specs then i was sittin here getting worried about not being able to use this box

is that single baffled?

Have him put another baffle on top and flush mount the subs. Will add support and make it look better. If he can run a roundover router bit around the edges to clean it up. Other than that it looks great.

i plan on doing that had to wait till i got the carpet for it hopefully this week taking lil longer to get everything i needed to get this install goin...so you guys think this box sounds like its good..it is suposed to be 6ft3 after displacement im am not good at building boxes that is y i had him do it but just wanna make sure its right for the subs first time using FI thanks for all the help this forum kicks a**.......
