range around $500 for amp and both sets of speakers

well i got stock 6x9s in front was thinking about changing them out with 6.5 components heard 6x9s aren't to good any opinions

and in the back i got 6.5 and want to upgrade to 6.5 coaxil

for subs i am installing 3 sa8 right now its in the build stage and pushing them with sae1200 wired up to 1.33 ohms

any suggestions on what brands/amp 6.5 vs 6x9s was looking at polk audio db651 for back and db6501 for components up front

thanks kevin

Buy one nice set for the front.

Adding coax to the rear wont make it any louder.

What have you listened to that you like? Dont like?

well i really haven't listened to any 6.5 most people around here just do subs and unhook speakers

but not my cup of tea :suicide-santa:

ya was looking for 500 could go more- looking for some sq not really trying to get loud with it just trying to balance it with the bass a little

first time in this so not quite sure whats good and whats not

CCX65 ?

Are you looking at ID? I dont know what that is.

Remember to include deadener and materials to seal up the doors in your budget. A great set of comps will not deliver unless you give them a solid install. Materials add up so keep that in mind. You can make a budget set of comps sound pretty damn good if you give them a good install.

I suggest goign to a shop and listening to some sets. See what you like and dont like and narrow it down from there. you dont have ot buy them form there but it will give you a nice start towards picking out somehting you will like.

Best advice is to go to as many shops as you can and listen to as many speakers as possible.
