Just wanted to know what peoples thoughts are on the aq1200d amp.. how are they? will they hit hard with the 15" BL ?

i heard their rms output is unnderated. but listed at 1200RMS at 1 ohm

I've never seen an amp that "hits hard"; of course I've never been hit with an amp so I'm not the best guy to ask

The amp will power your BL, not the best amp but still power your woofer.

That amp is a good match up for your BL.

i was looking at the aq1200d or a sundown refurbished sae1200d but im a litle nervous with refurb and the aq is cheaper. just making sure there are no problems with overheating or anything

I'd choose the SAE actually, if it's a refurb from dR-r it's good as new.

Either will do the job and you wont hear a difference between them.

If the price was the same or within a few dollars, I would get the Sundown.

Save a buck when you can, life has a way of needing it when you dont have it.
