Posted May 28, 201015 yr my friend is wanting a new system he has a zx750.1 and wants 2 12s to go on it without breaking the bank he has about 200 dollar limit for both subs. i was just see your guys opinion on it i was think 2 cvrs for 220 brand new but tell me what you guys think he wants it to be really loud. the subs he had are 2 comp 12s, l5 12 and 15, alpine type r 15, rockford punch 12, 2 10 cvrs

May 28, 201015 yr Your best bet is probably going to be finding a used subwoofer with your budget. Might be able to find a 12" BL with that money
May 28, 201015 yr Yeah, it'd be nice to have more money If you have the power for them, I'd think these could be louder than comp vrs fairly easily..ebayRight now on millionbuy it seems you might be able to get 3 compvr 12"s for around $210. May 29, 201015 yr Hi, I think the cvr's will work great, it is a good sub for the money.P.S. always get what you want not what you can get.
May 30, 201015 yr I'd go with 2 SSA DCON's they should handle the 375 watts apeice pretty well, and will sound clearer and hit harder than Kicker CVR's.(the prevous statement may not be tru or accurate to the best of my ability, it is only my suggestion)

June 2, 201015 yr Tell him to save some cash, and to sell his amp if he can have a good price for it.$200 for 2 12's ? You won't find louder than what he already had.Maybe used subs : one used Fi BL, or Sundown Z15 v1. Try one 15" sub, it will be cheaper, and can be louder than 2 cvr's.Good luck.
