Are you happy with it?That box sounded like shit, it was full of holes, had a harsh kinda buzzing sound to the upper bass fq (above 50hz), the lower fq were fine. It took me most of a tube of silicone just to try and plug most of them and I had piles of sawdust under the box (looked like little ant hills) from it blowing out of the holes. But I took it back and made him build me a new one, this one is a little shorter with less airspace but the same width and port size, so its tuned lower. He took his time and built it airtight, with the exact same port design and it made a whole world of differance. Now it sounds amazing, I even started listening to more rock and country to hear how great it reproduces the natural bass notes and the fast cascades and kickdrums and stuff like that as opposed to the synthisized bass of rap(not that there's a problem there either, I just enjoy hearing it).So it doesn't seem to affect the sound in a negative way (I've never heard another DCON) and I am very happy with it, my friends are pretty impressed too.
