I'm hoping for a fast recovery

I will no longer be shipping enclosures out of Canada to the US when I return...

with the Canadian material prices , high shipping prices and high living

expenses as well as trying to compete with the US Builders prices

it is no longer financially worth it for my family to continue

so I am throwing in the towel.......

I'v been thinking about it ever since our last phone conversation

I've been stationed in Arizona for 4 years and let me tell you Mark is not kidding. This is the cheapest I've seen the housing market in AZ. Its a buyer's market, we have great hospitals (yes you pay but its damn well worth it), hot weather, snow is only a few hours away for ya, and all the cacti u could ever want to see in your whole life.

Even the wife and I are debating on finding a way to stay there for the next few years and moving to Pheonix.
