If I Take mesurements to Home Depo, Will they cut the pieces for me?

Dimensions? Where did you come up with 1.9ft tuned to 30hz?

Materials: Tight Bond wood glue and coarse thread drywall screws. Make sure to pre-drill holes before you screw. MDF will split like a mofo.

you can make it as difficult as you want it. Just take your time and do it right the first time

pre drilling is your friend so use it. The easiest way to cut out the diameter for the subwoofer is to use a jigsaw/router. To make a perfect circle take the radius of the cut ID. then get a scrap piece of wood and drill a hole through it, then measure the radius over and drill another hole.

1.9 ft^3 was just a estimate. Anything between 1.8 and 2.0 cu ft. Tuned to 30hz , if that possible. I was using the RE box calculator and I seen that it was posible. but I is their any site or post on the forum where I can get some measurements. Once I get the measurments, wood , glue, screws, I should be cool. I can get my dad to help me even though he don't like loud music and he would have no Idea why the hell im making the box. But He can help me . I just need some measurements or a site that has some dimensions scetched out.

the re calculator isnt very good to use it doesn't acount for the displacement of the sub or bracing so your tuning will be higher that it says i found that out when i used it to build one from that i then had to modify my box to get my desierd tuning

i found some dimension on another forum.

one ? What is the Cut out for Fi Q 12, is it 11" 3/8? Thats the only thing that I don't have.
