I ordered a 12" SSA DCON D4 on the 18th of June. And it's stating that my order has shipped and gave me a tracking number. I called UPS and they haven't received the package yet. Can anyone help me with this. My order # is 886.

    Go to www.ups.com and enter the 18-digit tracking number. The website should tell you where the package is.

    i just ordered from there on the 22nd didnt get a tracking number till the 24th and my package is coming tomorrow. My package is getting shipped through FedEx though. You sure its not a Fed Ex tracking number??

    I went to the UPS website and it says "billing information received". And I didn't trying it on FedEx because it started with a 1Z so I figured it was for UPS tracking number.

    It's being built, it'll change to shipping when they are done and it's shipping.

    How long does it take from the time it's in "shipped" status does it take to say "shipping" Duran or Mark??

    Usually it is fairly quick. I spoke with the build house, and I believe your driver is shipping tomorrow.
