Posted July 13, 201015 yr im about to buy a amp for my alpine type r in a few days and its rated at 500rms and i dont know what would be a good amp to power it. my budget is 150$
July 13, 201015 yr You could look into Audiopipe, Powerbass, Planet Audio etc. Kicker refurbs are for sale on eBay for a decent price. Also the classifieds section here would be a good start.
July 16, 201015 yr You'd better look for a 1000 watts amp that is 1 Ohm stable. You will want to upgrade later, for sure :). 500 watts at 2 Ohms for now, and 1000 at 1 ohm for the future. Think about it !
