Running Kicker 08zx1500 amp to a 15" BL sub?

So i just ordered my 15" BL sub, and im getting it soon and cant wait, but im kind of stuck on what amp to run it off. I was looking at the Kicker ZX 1500 amp, using all Monster cables to power it. however, before i spend my money on this amp, i want to be sure that it will be the right amp? :(

is there any other amp that could be better for me to get around the same price as the kicker amp? i rlly want my sub to pound, but sound good at the same time. thanks alot to anyone who helps me out :)

i believe that has a fixed SSF at 25 hertz? so if you can tune around that you should be fine. just be careful on the gains and volume knobs so you dont send too much power to the sub at the lower volumes and have it bottom out and die.

you could get a sundown 1500 for the same price, there are many options out there. search around
