well the port is 2 1/16"X 13 1/3"X 29 1/2".

3.05 cubes gross, port displacement is 0.64, sub displacement is like .21 or something IIRC. So 2.2 cubes net, and tuning frequency is about 31 hz. Not too terrible.

Why spend ~$400 on a sub just to throw it in a $75 box? For ~$200 or less I'm sure there is someone on this forum that will build you a box for that beast. I used to use pre-fab Obcon/RT Boxes, they are probably the best pre-fab box you can buy and after getting iamamp3pimp to build my first custom box I will NEVER go back to pre-fab. A systems performance is 90% install and install is 90% box. You can take a Sony Xplod and put it in a well built 4th order and make it sound great. Just my $.02.
