I ordered my BTL's on July 28th and i got an email saying they accepted my pay pal and i got an invoice number. After that i got no tracking number or shipping confirmation. I waited about a week and decided to email them and i havent recieved any response...

I tried "[email protected]" "[email protected]" "[email protected]" and "[email protected]"

Any ideas on how to reach them?

They are backordered at the moment so they are probably receiving tons of emails about the same thing. wait patiently like others. The motors are stuck in customs. not much they can do about it.

It's the same story..we don't know when we will have them. The magnets are held in customs...they have them and there is nothing we can do about it.

They can hold them for 1 day..they can hold them for 3 weeks..if not longer. US customs can do whatever they want to do..we're at the mercy of them.

No point in updating every day saying they are still in customs..it makes more sense to say they have cleared and we will have them on X date but until our shipping agency calls us and says that..it's still the same story .
