Yep. Topic says it all. I've basically just ran all the wires and installed the head unit (25'th anniversary Alpine). The Tara Labs RCA's are the absolute $hit. Ask Hoss, he was here today. :) Anyway, on with the pics.

The pics may not show up in order (it sorts them alphabetically I think) but you can get the idea.

Nice car Chevy. :)

And I just found out that even though the teg has adapter plates for the Kappa 6.5's that are installed - the Koda's won't fit. So instead of making adapter plates I went ahead and wired the Kappa's in with the TL Omni wire. Haha. I really don't feel like making more adapter plates this week (had to do the same thing in the Del Sol) because there is so much more to do in order to get subs in there. Needless to say the Kappa's have the best wire any Kappa has ever had on it. :) This, of course, is only temporary. :bigok:

Did you use the gromet directly behind the battery ?

That carpet sucks to pull up, has that stupid plastic liner on it.

I had to modify my froends doors to get the DLS MS6's in. Not to mention the 3/4" baffles i had to do.

The wire will pop out of the paneling, its a tough squeese.

If you dont want rattling then remove the HVAC flap on the left side. It flaps like a mo fo when the bass hits.

I used 4ga, fits like a glove. Didnt look like it would take 1/0 to well

Tara Labs did an exceptional job on the RCAs. Nick and I even unscrewed the end caps to peek inside and the craftsmanship was excellent.

I'm excited to see what Nick brews up by the weekend :)

That's just beautiful. I think you should do something a little more custom on the HU though. I'm not a fan of the average "kit" install. Of course I don't know how the dash is either.

I have free time if you want me to make some adapter rings for you. Just let me know what you need.

Got the Koda's installed at just the turn of 11:00 PM. Soldering the Omni onto the tweeters terminals is touchy! I also had to make adapter rings for the Koda 6.5's b/c apparently the Koda's will not fit into any stock 6.5" location (on Honda's/Acura's).

Yeah, they sound alright. I tested both of them in free air (with my ear close to the cone also for bass, etc.) and they're fine.

I've also got another pair without tweeters. I suppose the previous owner used them for midbass. They're in the rear speaker locations of the car right now. Throw in another $5 and I'll include those also. Or hell, just pay the extra for shipping them and they're yours. :)

Mounting depth is a hair under 2.75"
