Hi, I was very interested in having Fi rebuild my tc-3000 I dont know what re-cone kits you all have available or any specs on them. I would much rather deal over the phone if possible. It is a tc-3hp motor with the quick swap basket. It is 15" and I would like it to remain 15" the box I am using is 2.94 cubic feet tuned to 34 hz with 56 square inches of port. I would like the re-cone to be able to handle around 1500 watts at 1 ohm.

What do you all have available, what are the prices, and would I have to send it in to you? Would I use my existing basket or would that need to be replaced?

Can't use that basket. Ballpark figure on a recone is $100, the baskets are $32.

You can either send it in to us or you can give us the dimensions of the top plate and we can build you a recone up...

Not a great deal can be done, we'll use a High xmax style coil and integrated leads.

What makes our subs different from everybody elses is the ton of machine work that goes on inside of everything. We simply can't add that to a motor that has already been magnetized.

Will you be able to meet my power handling needs? Would I get my choice of color in dust cap. What would the recone kit be most similar to?

The cooling comes from the motor machining..

1500 watts shouldn't be an issue as it'd be the same coil that the BTL uses provided it will fit in the gap...
