I got my new alternator from you guys, but i didn't get no paperwork..

My stock alt has two post on the back along with the harness.. the 320amp i got only have 1 post, along with a harness and a skinny blue wire.

How do i install?

What is the post on the back POS or NEG?

What is the blue wire for?

Why didn't i get any paperwork?

..never done this before.

- i called and left a message.

You should have an adapter harness that plugs into your stock harness so you dont have to splice wires, and the blue wire should have a ring terminal that is looped over to the stud on the back of the alternator (which is the main positive output post) The alternator is case grounded so as long as you do the big three it should be the same as changing your stock alternator. If you need some additional help tomorrow, just call me at the shop and I'll help you out.. Rob

Bangin', resolved or no? Also how is the alt running? Did you have any issues beyond the previous posts during installation? Belt issue, casing attachment? Anything?

Thanks, that clears things up a lot.

Not sure if all DC alts have same nut but iirc its 8mm. And if so might wanna pinn as i did lose the nut while running 2 runs 1/0 and had extremely tight space to work with.
