Posted September 13, 201015 yr So I went to grab some coffee, looked behind me when I was backing out and saw this: I was expecting it to be the rear view\side views that failed first. The a\c controller would always rattle bad. Time to look into getting it back up there.
September 13, 201015 yr Ha Ha, yup mine would never stay up there either. That is until I epoxied that bitch up in there. One thing I can tell you too that helps with our trucks is to pull down that headliner and put some 3/8-1/2" foam between it and the roof and spray foam between the headliner and the ac vents on the roof. Mine made a god awful noise slapping the roof. MUCH better now. Unfortunaly, it never ends.....fix one thing and something else will drive you crazy.

Roof is the last of my worries..Doors rattle like hell and so do my side views.I'm going to wait until I start on the next build then gut as much as possible and deaden.
