So I went to grab some coffee, looked behind me when I was backing out and saw this:

:ohnoes9:

I was expecting it to be the rear view\side views that failed first.

The a\c controller would always rattle bad. Time to look into getting it back up there.

Ha Ha, yup mine would never stay up there either. That is until I epoxied that bitch up in there.

One thing I can tell you too that helps with our trucks is to pull down that headliner and put some 3/8-1/2" foam between it and the roof and spray foam between the headliner and the ac vents on the roof. Mine made a god awful noise slapping the roof.

MUCH better now. Unfortunaly, it never ends.....fix one thing and something else will drive you crazy.

I kind of want to paint it and the center headliner console too...

I have no deadener currently. Roof is the last of my worries..Doors rattle like hell and so do my side views.

I'm going to wait until I start on the next build then gut as much as possible and deaden.
