Posted September 16, 201014 yr I have 2 18 BTLs that are dual 1ohm. I want to run an amp to each sub, would i get a 1ohm stable amp or a 2ohm? I just dont want to have wiring issuesthe amps i would like to run would be 2 saz3500's. thats my goal
September 16, 201014 yr You've got the wrong coils for those amps...you can't 1ohm out of a single sub with dual 1ohm coils. You can only get .5 (do not wire to .5ohm) and 2ohms.

September 26, 201014 yr saz 3500d will take . 5 ohm all day with proper electical just voids the warranty Edited September 26, 201014 yr by soundnlogic
September 26, 201014 yr why not just run 1 3500 at 1 ohm with the subs u have? that extra power isn't really needed...i have a buddy with one on a 1200d and it retarded loud.
September 26, 201014 yr That amp WILL do .5 all day, everyday of the week.. WITH the electrical to back it up. You can strap the amps though... at a final 2ohm load. So do that, i'm doing it and they are okay.. they will get hot though.Third Question down; http://www.sundownaudio.com/index.php/frequently-asked-questions.html
