Just curious : did you ever test the (2) Icons setup with the (2) MB Quart amp ? If so, how did you like it ?

I bet those (2) Xcons slams hard AND sounds good. I'd love to try a dual sub setup like this one, but I don't have enough room in my cargo area !

You know what I got caught in between the redesign of the Icons. So I never actually had (2) Icons. But the (1) Icon was amazing. This was the major factor of why I purchased some Xcons, I didn't want to wait for the new Icons. The Xcons really DO slam and sound great while doing it. Why not try (2) 10" BLs or something? Maybe (2) Icons? The box wouldnt be THAT big.

Build looks really good. I like the false floor and the build quality on the boxes.

Depending on when you are selling the xcons I may be able to purchase them from you around May. Throwing some ideas around in my head and may just want to do a simple 12" install. Just pm me a price and everything.

Sundown 3500 just came in today. Waiting on the two 18" Xcons to come in. Then I can get started building the box!

Slowly but surely, stock voltage scared me at first when it was idling w/12v and 13v down the road, thought "fuck, I can't even run the 1500d with the gain set super low" but the added wire solved that.

Worst feeling is going from bass to no bass, it seems I have a setup for 3 months then go without for 3 months then start over lol.

On the bright side, your trucks faster for the time being

i'm heading to MSU this weekend and Chicago the following so a detour might be involved just to hear some fellow Michigan systems

I'm ordering the other two 18's off of Sir-Lancelot tonight and putting both sealed in an Acura RSX.

Still have a lot more equipment to order but it should be an interesting build.

That is crazy that you can fit two 18s in that car, even if they are sealed. What size is the box going to be? I finally have my box designed. 15 cf tuned to 33hz with 240" of port.

The hatch has about 8 cubes of space without blocking my rear view. If needed I can lay the back seats down and extend the box out more. Who wants to sit in the cramped back seat of a coupe anyways.lol
