I built my box today it is around 1.75cuft and I went ahead and sealed it.

I took a old circle port out of a old box I bought and it is adjustable! I was like holy crap.. anyways I believe it is a 4" port and it adjusts from I believe 4 inches in length to around 10-12 inches.

What would the length of the tubing need to be for lets say.. 30-32hz?

Um.. around 15-20sqin of port should be sufficient right?

I can't figure out how much port area it will give me.

That's 12.56^2 port. Not enough. :(

Depends on the driver and power. If you have a single 10" or 12" driver and a few hundred watts, it would be just fine.

To figure out the length just use any of the free web based programs, you shouldn't have any issues getting close...

I agree that depending on the sub being used you will not have enough port, with the size(4") & length(10-12") you have with that port your freq. will be around 36-38Hz. If you don't have it here is a place to check some of what you are asking about: http://www.carstereo.com/help/Articles.cfm?id=31 Hope that helps, Good Luck!!
