November 16, 201014 yr Uhhh..You should have had that a long time ago unless it came in with no information and it is in the stack of misfit no home speakers..If we don't have a name or something to work with there isn't much we can do.

Before I posted on this forum yesterday I checked the quantum view and it said "billing information received". Today it says that it should be delivered on the 17th. UPS tracking system must of been slow to update on this order. Also I sent a few emails asking for updates on my order to [email protected] and [email protected]. The subject lines were "info" "recone ib318" "status". I did not get replys. The emails must of been put in a spam folder or something. Im glad that my question on this forum was answered so quickly. I have had FI in my home for over a year now. I still get suprised at the LFE of four 18" IB3's in a 2500 cu foot room. Only downside is going to "public" movie theaters sucks now. I would like to thank FI for providing a great IB sub at a great price. There is no way I could of dropped $475 each on some Maelstrom 18's.
