Well, a buddy of mine has one of these, it's a single cab, long bed.

He just got a new, sweet ass small block 350 in it, sounds mean.

But his audio, just makes me want to cry..

Stock 28 year OLD 5x7's in the rear, if what he told me is right, and it has no front speakers, doors or top of dash.

Well, I told him I could fabricate him some 6.5's into his doors, there's plenty of space, and I was just wondering how would I do the wiring since it doesn't have any power options in the doors what so ever.

So what I'm asking, do I drill a hole into the side of the door near the inside of truck and vise versa and find some rubber grommets or what?

Thanks for helping!

Kick panels are your best option. Barring that, they make contacts that go in the door and the door jamb and make contact when the door is closed. The final option is drill oversized holes and use grommets in the jamb and the door. You can use split or wrap loom to protect the wire further.

Thanks guys.

and I just figured out that I would have to cut through the metal in the door in order to fit the speaker..

Probably going to do kick panels, if I can learn how to from my teach'.

Thanks again for the sugestions :)

Could you possibly upload it via forum link?

Thanks, school doesn't allow any file-uploading websites..

Not Exactly.. :P

I was wondering if you could upload it to the forum?

Because my school has their dumb firewall.

But I'll check it out when I get home.

Thanks!
