Posted December 19, 201014 yr My buddy wants a cheap system installed in his car. He already has a deck and speakers, just wants a little amp and a little bit of bass. His HU in an intro line Pioneer, bout a year old. It doesn't have a seperate sub out, but only has one pair of outputs. I know he wont have subwoofer control, but could you hook up the one pair of line outs (front) to the sub amp? I don't really see any reason why not, I've just never had to think about it before. Always had 3 sets of outputs. I know its probably a stupid question, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks
December 20, 201014 yr no issue with using other pre-outs as you will set the amp right! also if he wants sub control he could pick up one of those rca adjuster things i don't remember what it is called but it has a dial on it and you just hook the rca into it.
